Once the QR code is read the user can choose from a variety of categories and then add a simple description of the issue they need to report.

The Report-It App then allows pictures of the situation to be quickly taken and
added to the report ticket. Once these are added the user simply presses “Submit".
Any queued tickets will automatically be sent once an Internet connection is re-established. All tickets are logged in a central database. Selected categories can trigger automatic system alerts notifying the relevant response team instantly. Emails, text messages even WhatsApp alerts can be auto-generated and delivered according to the urgency level selected.
